Returns & Exchanges
At Victoria Antwi, every garment is carefully handmade in our own atelier.
Before dispatch, each piece goes through a thorough quality-control process to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and fit. Because of this, all items are considered final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and bridal pieces are made specifically for each client. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
If a genuine manufacturing fault occurs, we will gladly offer a repair, exchange, or store credit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Ready-to-Wear Items
For non-custom items (ready-to-wear collections), we offer exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
We do not issue cash refunds unless legally required due to a confirmed defect.
Non-returnable Items
Undergarments, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
Every Victoria Antwi piece is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If, however, your item arrives damaged due to transport or handling, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, item name, and clear photos of the issue.
Please note that all garments are made and quality-checked in our Antwerp atelier.
For this reason, defects caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, or unauthorised alterations are not considered manufacturing faults.
Once a fault is confirmed, we will cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or repair.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or scents, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
For non-defective exchanges or store credits, customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
Returns must be shipped via a tracked and insured method. Lost parcels are not the responsibility of Victoria Antwi.
Discontinued Fabrics or Colors
If a specific fabric or colour becomes unavailable, customers may select an alternative of equal value or pay/receive the difference.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
