Bespoke Consultation
Begin your one-of-a-kind creation with a personal consultation with designer Victoria Antwi.
During your appointment, we will refine your design direction, take precise measurements and confirm your final investment.
Before you book, please send us 2 to 3 inspiration pictures and tell us what you love about each one. You will receive an indicative estimate first. Book your consultation once the estimate fits your budget.
- The €75 consultation fee is non-refundable and is deducted from your first payment should you proceed with your order.
- Consultations are intended for clients who are fully prepared to move forward.
- While inspiration is welcome, we focus on creating original designs. We do not replicate the work of other designers.
- Starting prices: Bespoke Wedding Dresses from €2,500. Traditional Couture from €1,500. Your final quote is confirmed at your consultation.
- Creation time is 6 to 12 months. Rush fees apply for pieces required within 3 months.

Payment & Booking Policy
How It Works
- Send us 2 to 3 inspiration pictures.
- Receive an indicative estimate.
- Book your consultation.
- Receive your final quote. Invoices are valid for 48 hours (24 hours for rush orders).
- Your production slot is confirmed once your first payment has been received.
Bespoke Wedding Dresses: three payments
- First payment: 80% of the labour fee, non-refundable, to secure your slot and begin your patterns.
- Second payment: the materials fee, due after your second fitting and before we work in your chosen fabric.
- Final payment: the remaining labour fee, due before or at collection.
Traditional Couture (including pagne, kente, bazin and similar fabrics): two payments
- First payment: 80% of the total, non-refundable, to begin production.
- Final payment: the remaining balance, due before or at collection.
If we source the fabric for you, the materials fee is included in your first payment.
Additions requested after your quote, such as extra beading or crystals, are calculated and added to your invoice before they are made.
Your dress is released once the full balance has been received. Flexible installment plans are not available.
Fittings
Depending on the design, your process includes three to four fittings, followed by final approval and collection. Bridal gowns begin with a sample fitting in calico (toile) to establish silhouette, proportion and structure.
