YOU CALL THE SHOT – POLICY

1. Custom-Made & Personalisation

The You Call The Shot service allows you to customise existing ANTWI corsets or design a personalised version. Because each corset is handmade specifically to your selected colours, materials and crystal applications, your order is considered custom-made from the moment it is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through the You Call The Shot service cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Production begins immediately, and all materials used for your order are reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
We kindly thank you for your understanding.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
As every corset is created according to your specific preferences, we are unable to resell personalized designs. Only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect (see section 7) will an exception be considered.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not possible for You Call The Shot corsets due to the personalised nature of the item.

5. Fabric Policy

Customers using the You Call The Shot service are not allowed to provide their own fabrics for customisation. This ensures consistency in quality, durability and structure, and guarantees that every corset meets ANTWI’s production standards.

6. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size according to our sizing chart.
Please verify your measurements carefully before placing your order.
If you need help choosing a size, you may contact us before purchasing.
Sizing issues do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

7. Production Standards & Defects

Each corset is handmade in Belgium with strict attention to craftsmanship.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate your case and offer a solution if a genuine production error is found. Damage caused by misuse, force, improper handling or incorrect sizing does not qualify.

8. Colour Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting and device displays, slight colour variations may occur. This is not considered a defect and is not grounds for return or refund.

9. Processing & Delivery Time

Processing time for personalised corsets is 5 to 14 working days.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (Mon–Sat) depending on your location.
Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

10. Crystal Applications

Because our crystal selections are seasonal and limited, crystal shades may vary slightly.
Each corset remains unique, and minor variations in placement or tone are not considered defects.
